Foster & Adopt Ministry

Caring for vulnerable children and families

Our Mission

In our Foster and Adopt Ministry (FAM), we exist to:

  • Support foster and adoptive families through prayer, practical resources, and encouragement
  • Cultivate fellowship among families, volunteers, and the broader church body
  • Train and educate families and individuals who are interested in fostering and adopting or desire to care for those who do

Because we have been adopted, we care for children by engaging and caring for those who foster and adopt (Ephesians 1:4-5).

"Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow's cause." - Isaiah 1:17

Foster Care

There are more than 28,000 children in foster care in Texas. Foster care is a calling to step into the brokenness and provide stability, love, and the hope of Christ to vulnerable children.

Adoption

Adoption reflects the very heart of the gospel—God choosing us, welcoming us into His family, and calling us His own. This is why we are compelled to care for vulnerable children through adoption.

FAM Support Team

Not everyone is called to become a foster or adoptive family but we are all called to participate in some way. Help support our families through babysitting, meal trains, encouragement, and prayer.

Everyone can do something, are you in?
